About GeGe
GeGe holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. GeGe's genuine care and compassion allows her to quickly and naturally gain acceptance and trust in identifying and resolving public issues and concerns. Also, her unique skills in project and process management allows her to understand and align internal organizational values with community issues, projects and concerns.
As a strategic planner and facilitator, she's facilitated numerous large and small internal and external group discussions employing skills to establish a collective vision, and work toward synchronous goals and objectives. She's enjoyed consistent success in taking on complex and divisive problems and delivering collaborated agreement and solutions among parties.
GeGe's experience in team dynamics has helped diverse stakeholders groups view themselves as a working unit seeking an agreeable solution for the greater good rather than a specific group pursuing their own stake in the issue. Her open and expressive demeanor as a communications professional makes her relatable and approachable which ensures inclusive dialogue that elevates and amplifies everyone's “voice in the conversation”.
I truly enjoy working with people, and believe everyone has a right to be heard. I believe it's my job to bring all perspectives to the table. And once we begin to put ourselves in another person's shoes, then we can fully understand and realize that all thoughts and ideas are an inherent part of the existence of a diverse and tolerant society.
